Technical Services Manager
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Natasha Ennis to the position of Technical Services Manager
In her new role Natasha will be a technical referral point to junior members of the underwriting staff. She will coordinate with Head Office Technical department on various complex risks and risks beyond the Branch authority limits.
She will play a supportive role in the development of the business, working closely with the Team Leaders, Producers and Trainee Brokers on technical matters.
She will be the executive point of contact for all customer and statutory related complaints and to stay with the complaint until the client/complainant is satisfied – She will ensure that all complaints are booked and reported and that the complaint policy is enforced.
